3’s Up VBA offers Pre-Tryout Skillz Clinics in a group setting (max 20 athletes per clinic) to athletes within the convenience of their competitive schedules. We will teach athletes the essentials of passing, serving (Standing and Jump Serving), and attacking each session. All male & female athletes aged 12 and older who are NOT committed to a club team AND 3’s Up VBA athletes are welcome to attend and sign up on a first-come basis. Athletes aged 16U and older have the privilege to exempt the club affiliation requirement in order to attend Skillz Clinics.
